KING CITY, Calif. — King City has added a Holiday Market on Saturday, December 5, 2026, to its public announcements, inviting residents to shop for food, crafts and gifts during the holiday season.
The city’s October 26 notice lists the event for 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and describes its offerings as food, crafts and gifts. For local families, this gives an early date to put on the calendar before the Thanksgiving weekend and December holiday rush.
What visitors should confirm
The brief city notice does not provide a verified street address, vendor list, entrance price, parking instructions or contact for interested sellers. Residents should consult the city announcement for any later details rather than assume the market is at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds or another familiar venue.
Residents who operate small craft, gift or food businesses may want to ask organizers whether vendor opportunities are still available; the city’s notice does not establish whether registration is open.
More community events
King City has also announced a separate October 31 Trunk or Treat at the Salinas Valley Fair Expo Lawn. That Halloween event has a different date and location and should not be confused with the December holiday market.
Official source: City of King, ‘Holiday Market Save the Date,’ posted October 26, 2026.
As of October 27, 2026, market hours and offerings are based on the city’s brief announcement; details may be updated.
